Fundación Argentina ASE delivered training for local organizations in three Buenos Aires Province cities
As part of the Fortalecer program, the Foundation delivered courses open to the community of social organizations in Olavarría, Morón and Campana, seeking to expand local capacities and support institutional work in each territory.
Fundación Argentina ASE delivered a series of training activities for local social organizations in Olavarría, Morón and Campana, three cities in Buenos Aires Province. The activities took place within the Fortalecer program, which focuses on training nongovernmental organizations.
The initiative used a course format open to the community of social organizations in each city. This approach placed the training within the territories themselves and connected it with institutions that sustain locally focused initiatives.
Working with social organizations provides a way to expand institutional capacities and support those who engage directly with their communities. Training offers tools to strengthen organization, the continuity of initiatives and coordination among territorial actors.
Holding activities in Olavarría, Morón and Campana reflected a decentralized approach that recognizes the diversity of contexts across the province. Bringing training opportunities to different cities helps acknowledge that diversity and consolidate local networks.
Through the Fortalecer program, Fundación Argentina ASE combined training and territorial presence within a single line of work. The experience reaffirmed the value of supporting local organizations as part of an institutional process connected with sustainable human development.
